My grandson LOVED this! At 5 years old, it’s often hard to keep his focused attention, but this had him hooked for an extended time. The beautiful color photos with numbered, step-by-step instructions made it easy for him to follow along. He eagerly counted the pieces before each build and followed each step with minimal help. He was so proud when he completed a project that he asked for photos and even made a video showing Grandpa how he used “MeeMaw’s Kindle” to guide him. I love that this entertained him while fostering independence and a sense of pride in his accomplishments. As a bonus, there are QR codes to videos for further instruction. This was a win-win for both of us, and I am sure we will return to this soon and frequently!

My kids really enjoy this book, the pictures and directions are really clear and well done.

Magnetic Tile Creations for Kids by Alice Wong is a winner. I have her other Magnetic Tile book, and the kids loved it. This one is even more step-by-step, so the younger kids will be more able to participate. She shows each project, outlines how many tiles are needed, and gives success tips to accomplish the project. Then, I like that there is a picture with the required tile and one step of the build. This makes it easier actually to build the project. The images throughout the book are beautiful rainbow colors, and the toys she uses on the project made our kids want to build as fast as they could to see the toys.. like a Mario car going down the ramp. These two books cause me to buy the kids 300 more tiles so they can expand their projects to more elaborate builds. I love that they are learning real-
life STEM skills that can help them down the road in whatever jobs they end up pursuing. Wonderful books!

It is very educational and beneficial to teach children to read and follow directions. The pictures are step-by-step so that a child can build the structures on their own. Even a younger child could be taught to follow the pictures to build the structures. Highly recommend this useful book.
