Happy March! I wanted to share some of our March magnetic tiles play activities with you. Don’t forget to tag me, @pandamommyteacher on Instagram so I can reshare your play.
Build a Leprechaun
Looking for a Saint Patrick’s Day activity? You are in luck! Try creating this Leprechaun using magnetic tiles. You can use paint or chalk markers to draw the facial features. The paint and chalk markers can be removed using a wet wipe.
Bunny with Carrot
Every “bunny” will have fun with this Bunny and Carrot 2D build. I used wooden toys as facial features, but you can certainly draw on your tiles using paint or chalk markers. Grab your magnetic tiles and “hop” to it. You only need 24 tiles for the bunny and 2 for the carrot.
Magnetic Tiles Egg Race
All you need to do is put together an egg maze on a tray. Lift up the tray and try to get the balls and eggs through the maze. You need the following tiles for this activity:
- 16 Squares
- 4 Small Rectangles,
- 4 Right Triangles
- 3 Isosceles Triangles
- 1 Hallow Square
