5 Car Ramps that Uses Less Than 50 Magnetic Tiles

Do you have children that loves to play with cars and magnetic tiles? These two toys are a match made in heaven, and are a favorite at our house. If you need some fun magnetic play ideas, then I got you covered! Here are 5 car ramp ideas for your car loving children that you can make with less than 50 magnetic tiles.

1. Reverse Ramp (25 Tiles)

The first car ramp only uses 25 tiles. It went viral on Instagram with 13 million views. Perhaps it is because it is simple and does not require a lot of magnetic tiles. This is a fun reverse ramp that is perfect to get your balls or cars returned back to you. You can add additional tiles using square tiles or right triangle tiles on both sides of the ramp if you find your build unstable.

2. Mini Rainbow Road (38 Tiles)

The second car ramp requires 38 magnetic tiles. This mini rainbow road is visually inviting. You can race down multiple toy cars and see who makes it out of the ramp first. Use cars and balls that are light. If your cars/balls are breaking through the ramp, then you can add more magnetic tiles behind the bend for reinforcements.

3. Simple Car Garage/Ramp (42 Tiles)

Have cars you want to showcase? For this third car ramp, you can park 3 cars. This one is simple enough that your little ones should be able to build themselves.

4. Three Level Car Ramp (43 Tiles)

For this fourth car ramp, you don’t have big squares magnetic tiles, give this three level car ramp a try. It uses common magnetic tiles shapes such as squares tiles, equilateral triangles, and isosceles triangles. It is really fun to watch your cars/balls go down this three level ramp.

5. Dual Track Reverse Ramp (47 Tiles)

Finally, this dual track reverse ramp is perfect to keep cars/balls separate while racing down the track. Your children can no longer complain about the cars crashing into each other or fighting over who won.
